Will and his team were amazing. We started out with a idea, that turned into a dream, that we thought was way over our heads. His team was able to bring that dream to life. The entire house looks so different, my own mother drove past it when she came to visit. The construction is done right, with heavy duty materials to last a lifetime. There is not a single 1x3 or 3/8 piece of drywall in this house. Our floors and roof are truly solid. With any renovation, and addition, there will be setbacks and surprises. However, when we found out that there was a river of water springing from under our house, and the foundation of the floors were gone, he pivoted and gave us options and a plan to repair and move forward. No short cuts, no shady hidden work. Will and his team is worth every penny

When it came time to replace my worn out, wooden deck, there were many options. Willie listened to my wife and I and presented a transformative plan that at first seemed truly unreal. No more deteriorating wooden surface. All composite decking. After years of fighting with sail shades, what about a permanent roof? And since the primary roof needed replacing also, it got rolled in as well. When it comes to tradesmen, I can be very skeptical. Willie Smith earned my trust by following through on every commitment. I’ll gladly invite him back if the need arises.

Absolutely thrilled with our new deck! The team was professional, timely, and detail-oriented from start to finish. The craftsmanship is top-notch, communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Willie was fast and accurate with his information. I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars because WJ Smith Construction deserves 12 or more. My wife and I decided to remodel our master bathroom. We knew going in that that part of the house was an add on and the previous owners who did the add on did not do it correctly and WJ Smith construction was with us every step of the way. I cannot speak highly enough about Mr. Will and his amazing team. This was massive undertaking and he was with me every step of the way always making sure that things got done and if there was a problem Mr. Will had it handled and fixed. Mr Will's leadership is unmatched. Even when I had a random though or concern he Mr will and WJ Smith Construction was always there to answer a simple text message. We just had a roof replacement completed today. The process was seamless from beginning to end. I appreciate the detailed quote and multiple options for payment. The crew was professional and incredibly hard working. They stayed from dawn until after dark getting our roof completed. The finished product is high quality and looks incredible. We added gutters and they were done in a way that adds visual appeal and makes the roof look complete. The clean up was also thorough, which is impressive if you know the mess roof replacement makes. I would highly recommend W.J. Smith Construction for any project you are considering!
