After searching for months, we found the perfect house plan for us, and it was designed by WL Martin Homes. Their experience as homebuilders and home designers shows in the features and details that they put in their plans. The few custom modifications that we wanted for our house plan were professionally done and were completed in just a few days. Bill was easy to communicate with, and even made suggestions when we were unsure about a particular option. We received the new house plans in PDF format with detailed drawings of all sides and elevations. Bill did a wonderful job, and we highly recommend him and WL Martin Homes.

Bill Martin sent us these reversed house plans sooner than expected. Once we surveyed the lay of the land after closing, we realized that the standard house plans are what we needed. Bill Martin so kindly sent us the standard plans free of charge! He saved us time in our home building/land loan process at the start and even after we closed. Plans were great and easy to read! WL Martin has designed several plans for us in the past and we will continue to use them. They are very innovative in working with narrower lots which is becoming increasingly more common in our industry. Mr Martin is very nice and open to modifying plans to fit clients needs at a reasonable price.
