Catching up on reviews. First contacted Brooks along w/ 3 other roofing contractors in late June '25. Cliegel showed up on time; very personable fellow, easy to chat with and went over what we were looking for. This is likely the last roof I'll be dealing with in this lifetime, so I wanted to get it right. Cliegel sent over an estimate that was straight forward plus in the budget I had in mind. Of the other estimates I got one was also in budget, one really low and one was so insanely high that I congratulated the salesman on being able to show the # and still maintain a straight face. This was also a company that told me that my wife "must be present" at the time of the sale pitch. Classic good cop/ bad cop. She wasn't as she truly could care less about a roof. I had an issue with a leak around my Chimney. Bill came out almost immediately to assess the situation. Knowing that my roof was old and that I was planning on replacing it, but timing was not right to replace the entire roof immediately, Bill offered a temporary solution as well a quote to replace my entire roof. We opted for a temporary fix, which stopped water from coming in and corrected the flashing around the chimney. Bill and his staff are very easy to work with, professional and prompt. They showed up on time, completed the job, and cleaned up the entire work site. I will 100% be using them when I am ready to replace the whole roof, soffit and gutters. I would highly recommend using this company for your roofing and siding needs.

I was thrilled with the entire experience of working with WM Brooks III, LLC! From the very first phone call I placed to the office, to the initial estimate meeting, to the installation and follow-up visit, the entire team was extremely professional and clearly demonstrated their expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service! We had a big job to do - a 40+ year old roof with original cedar shake shingles underneath 2 layers of 3-tab shingles ... the crew of 6-8 members worked tirelessly for 3 days, 12+ hours each to get the job done ... and when they left, my yard was free of debris and left looking better than when they arrived to start the job! We had our roof and gutters replaced. We went with them because of the roofing product they use and the price point is on par with other installer. The installation was smooth and completed in a day. They even painted the chimney. The staff is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

William Brooks roofing did a great job on my roof. Every night when I drive home I look at it and think "I love my Roof!" They were great to work with, very responsive, and helpful. Cligiel, Billy and all the workers were great!
