Nice folks but I left feeling like I got ripped off. I went there with a model number for a pump, and it ended up having the wrong sensor. They’re the experts, I trusted ‘em and thought if I had the model number it would be the right part. I ended up buying a sensor that is useless to me, and had to buy a new one for only a 10% discount.

Got waited on immediately. Knew exactly what I needed and showed me how it needed to be reassembled to meet my application. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I’m a small town Iowa boy and this is the type of service I grew up with. My new favorite store on the planet. Can’t wait to have another plumbing problem.

Great service and very knowledgeable. I needed an acrylic knob for my shower. It was a part for an older shower--at least 15 years old. I took a couple of pictures to them. They took their time and did some research. They were abke to ID the part and have it sent to my home. I highly recommend them.

These guys worked to help me solve a problem that wasn't even their sale. They asked around the shop and then sent me to another plumbing supply center when my oddball tub faucet cartridge could not be identified. This kind of service screams trustworthy to me. By the way, it is a nipco faucet.

Needed a new valve stem for the laundry sink in the basement. Ace Hardware told me to get to Meyer's. I got there with the valve stem in hand. They said, sorry sir, can't help. So before giving up I drove to Home Depot. Found it on the shelf. Laundry sink is fixed. I would have paid extra at Meyer's, but the clerk obviously didn't put any effort into helping me. 2 stars might be a better rating..
