Chris did a great job. He was courteous and professional. He gave me some tips to keep my heat pump working properly. And he suggested a couple of add-ons to our inside unit to help maintain the best humidity level for our home.

The technician was excellent -- knowledgeable, informative, courteous, he took as much time as needed to be sure my problem was fixed and advised me about some future plumbing work. Henderson is definitely now my plumber!!

Later he identified unexpected subsequent issues and worked quickly to resolve by immediately bringing on site Henderson’s electrical expert to assess and avoid any service delay .
