WM - Houston Metro Hauling

This facility in the Humble/Atascocita area. Atascocita RD, needs a noise barrier! It is SO LOUD! Can't hear myself think. How inconsiderate to build a facility of this magnitude with no consideration for the residents already there. Please tell me there are plans to put in barriers or ways to mitigate the noise. The people in this area needs to organize and get something done. At this very moment with windows closed, their noise can still be heard on my zoom calls.

The value for service is very good...five star. Reaching out and getting customer support after the initial set up has been challenging at best.

We have our dumpster picked up 3 times per week. Many other have approached us for the business but we stick with what works. Waste Management is consistently good and we do not need to worrry about our trash.

I have been using WM for the past twenty years. They arrive at my business the same day each week. The driver is careful entering the gate. When my pickup date is a holliday they work it out for me.

Waste Management is my go to for life. I love their service, the ease of navigating their website to pay bills, and the quick response time for any inquiries that I have. One of the only companies that you can call and actually speak to a human being with no run around. All around WM is a wonderful company that maintains a high level of professionalism and excellence. They actually care about their customers.
