They were very nice when they came and supposedly unstoppable my toilet. Well 5 weeks later it was clogged again. Does the exact same thing that it did in December. I tried texting them, calling them, numerous times. They never return the phone call or the text message. I paid them in December, they cashed the check but wouldnt come back to finish the job. They didn't get the clog the first time. So of course it's clogged even more. Had to hire another Plummer and finally got it unclogged for sure. They actually went outside and looked at the outside pop up line to see if it was coming thru clear and it is. If Wolfe had done that simple thing they would have seen it wasn't coming thru clear and they would need to run the auger again. Very disappointed to say the least. $400 later and it's

Absolutely no reason this company shouldn't be a 5 star! I originally called someone else and had them come out and try and fix my issue and they couldn't. The same plumber quoted me $4k to fix it. I called wolf for a 2nd opinion and quickly learned I should've called them first. they had it fixed within 3 hours and were super friendly. Family owned and operated. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I KNOW I WONT! THANK YOU GUYS!
