I whole heartedly recommend Evan Wolfe Building & Renovations for new builds or renos. Evan built my husband and I the most charming jewel box of a house fondly named Sunrise Treehouse. This was a complicated and steep lot to build on, but Evan pushed through. The build was maybe 1/4 finished when Helene hit, and that house stood tough and didn't budge. We absolutely love the attention he and his subs paid to the details. He is not afraid to ask questions and give suggestions. Evan is a excellent collaborator and GC.

My partner and I hired Evan and his team to renovate our new house’s two full bathrooms before we moved in. We had never owned a home before or hired a contractor to do work like this so it was overwhelming at first! It felt great to work with and support a local small business in our new home and Evan felt like a partner in our vision. We went through a lot of design revisions and fundamentally changed the shape and layout of both rooms. We also managed the project from out of state. Evan was a great communicator and we felt like we always knew what was going on. He was realistic about how long it would take and his pricing was very reasonable. He sent lots of photo updates and it felt like he was just as passionate and excited about our home as we were! He also helped us get a new garage

A couple months ago Wolfe Builders enclosed a screen porch converting it to a laundry room/half bath. They work they did was excellent and Evan and Jackie knew exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the process and the results. I find the company to be very reasonably priced as well as flexible and easy to work with.

Evan converted my unfinished basement into a fully functional basement apartment. It was not a straightforward job, with lots of piping, duct work and windows to work around, but Evan went the extra mile to maximize its potential, making the space look amazing and function beautifully. He kept me aware and involved in every step of the process and went out of his way to do what he could to save on the cost of materials. Wolfe Renovations would be my first call if I have any renovation or building projects in the future!
