My wife and I enjoyed very much working with the owner and his associates during the construction of our new house in North Ridge. They made great suggestions and helped us selecting the right cabinets for the whole house (kitchen, scullery, dining room, laundry and 5 baths) and did a wonderful layout design. We made several design changes afterwards and all were handled very smoothly. After moving in we ran into a small issue with a trash can unit and it was taken care of very quickly. We love how things have turned out and would highly recommend Wood+Water to all my friends and colleagues.

Just called and spoke with someone about buying cabinets without install. I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude and almost like hostile for no reason. I’m sure I don’t know all the keywords and I’m not an expert (I have however installed cabinets multiple times) but your team should really consider how to speak with customers that you might not be able to help. Absolutely wild experience. Avoid at all costs.

Chi was easy to work with and meticulous about all the details along the way. He brought my kitchen counter project to a successful completion. He thought ahead to make sure all the potential problems were addressed prior to any mistakes occurring. When changes did occur, full details were discussed and processes were implemented quickly (we had to support the floor from the crawlspace). My one regret was not being aware of the time frame for not having kitchen use. Thank you Chi for all your help and support. It was a pleasure working with you. Great job!
