Ryan and his crew did an excellent job installing my new windows. They were courteous, professional and skilled.

We have needed our front door fixed for years they told me I would have to pay I told them I have my contract that states windows and doors garenteed for life. They scheduled several appt to fix my front door, because the technician that had installed our front door removed it from the frame it came with and because he arrived about 4:30pm he was here till about 10pm. Made it work but because he made it fit the door was hard to open but it got started to come open in winter we could feel the cold air coming through. A tall guy came to see what was going on and he said standing back away from the door he said I can see where the air is coming from you can see outside from here. My window looks like if I did it my self. Wood frame exposed to the elements a 2x4 or 2x6 sticking out. Also my Door is missing a strike plate/dead bolt plate. I’m not saying I could have done a better job, but they are supposed to be professional that’s why we pay for the service.

I have Woodbridge windows for about 10 years now. Installation was unsuccessful and fixed by another contractor. I have three windows out eight broke and cannot get Woodbridge to carry through on warranty repairs. Two windows are broken frames and one is the glass. The windows are also very hard to open and close. I have called numerous times. IF! you get an answer no one returns calls on the repair tickets that I have filed in the last 2 years.

Can I PLEASE get someone to call me. My problem this time is one of windows won't close. Winter storm came through and I've got a window 2inches open. I've tried all the numbers I've had over the years and no one answers. I've had my windows for a month short of 4yrs. About 10 of those were great. Nothing but problems since. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOUSY COMPANY!
