WoodConcept Cabinetry

So far i cannot comment on the quality of the cabinets but we have issues from the beginning starting with the cabinets being delivered and the driver would not take them off the truck, then a door face plate fell off and i had to drive it back to get it replaced, and lastly we had to pick up an additional light rail that we left out but after driving an hour to pick it up at 12:02, i am told they are on lunch from 12-1 and cannot hand me the 1 item ordered. Customer service gets an F.

Driver does not help unloading the cabinets. Molding came already scratched. Cabinets already started chipping. Incompetent Sales Rep and Customer support. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

Great quality for RTA cabinetry and reasonable price point. Service is excellent too. My customers have nothing but great feedback for their cabinets.

Have great experiences by working with WoodConcept Cabinetry, they carry great quality of cabinets, and their sales representative Hank is very helpful.

I really enjoyed working with Woodconcept, their customer service Lily and outdoor sales Hank were super helpful and efficient, professional team and very competitive product quality, not to mention their tons of cabinets in stock, highly recommended !!!
