Woodford brothers were fantastic to work with. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. Without their help, my house would have been sitting in the basement. If you are looking at this review to determine if you should go with them, I would say you won’t find any better. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs basement work. They may not be the cheapest, but in this case you get what you pay for. I wanted someone I could trust to do the work right the first time, and that is what they did.

Second edit: The guys came back to fix the issues. Got most, but not all of the staining off. We’re able to re-level (somewhat) the slab that lifted again, but also caused lifting of other areas by doing this. If you have major lifting or settling it might be worth it to use this company, but for little stuff I’m not sure that it’s worth it. Edit: just over a week later, we have yellow/ green staining on our pool deck from where the foam ended up on top of the deck, and one of the concrete slabs of the deck has returned to its original position. Waiting for a call back and for a foreman to come out. Hopefully they truly stand behind their warranty. Will re-edit if issues are fixed. George was the project foreman and was a wonderful communicator and leader of his crew. Very professional and works along side his crew. Incredible knowledge of there products and proficient at installation. Zach, Kam, Josue and Shane were extremely hard working and super respectful of me the homeowner. The respect is very important and sends a clear message of their work ethic. We had moisture barrier installed in a crawl space and on the walls of our 1910 home. Drain lines, sump pump and new windows installed. New support beams and floor joist repair. Woodford brothers in not cheap, but the high quality of their work is worth it. Our home will stand for another 100 years. Well Done Men!

Updating this as of 2/18/2026 - Woodford had contacted me about the issue and had a couple of their guys come out and remove the failed straps. They refunded me the cost for the two and plan on reinstalling them when the temperature goes up a bit. Raising the review from 1 to 3 stars for now. Original Review - Had Woodford install 16 CarbonArmor strips and one PowerBrace to stabilize bowing foundation walls. Less than 24 hours later, I have had a strap fail. It is laying on my garage floor now epoxying itself to said garage floor. Company is unresponsive to the complaint. My family has used Woodford for years, and this will be the last time. Woodford Bros are incredible! Our wonderful crew ran into issue after issue with our old house (built 1792) and spent two weeks removing, digging, repairing, and rebuilding our foundation. The workmanship is superb. I cannot thank the hard working crew or our sales rep (Mark) enough. They are kind, courteous, and very professional. My boyfriend and father were always around but I would have felt safe being on my own. I personally feel the price is 100% justified. You pay for what you get and what we have is fantastic. Go with the trusted name. Go with Woodford.
