I'm a disabled combat veteran who used Woodhaven plumbing for over 35 years. Not the same. Keith and his late father were great. Unfortunately Keith retired and now it's a scam STAY AWAY! They sent a "technician" to do a "diagnostic" who showed up 6 hours later after many calls.Then shows up without tools or even a multimeter to test the voltage. A tool essential to "diagnose" a boiler. After telling me I first needed an electrician then changed his mind and said the chimney is clogged. How he diagnosed these without tools or inspecting the chimney is beyond me. Told me he couldn't do anything took $225.00 did absolutely nothing! Called a reputable plumber he arrived in one hour and"DIAGNOSED" THE GAS VALVE WAS BAD. Changed it out no problem in 35 min. Stay away from these scumbags!!!

After discovering a leak around my hot water heater yesterday, a Sunday, I e-mailed and followed up with a call to Woodhaven Plumbing. Keith got back to me very promptly and installed my heater today. The old heater was installed by Woodhaven in 2009 and I remember how personable and competent the workers were. I was not disappointed. The owner, Keith arrived as did his son. This establishment is a third generation family business. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I needed to have a leaky sink drain repaired and toilet flow regulator replaced. Keith and his partner were very professional, down to earth, up front and honest. They were quick in resolving and completing the repairs. Rates were reasonable as well. I am Very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable plumber. Thanks!

We were in need of a new furnace/boiler to replace our old 30 year old leaking boiler. We did numerous searches online on both plumbers and boiler brands and found many with disappointing and negative feedbacks. FYI, we found out that most plumbing companies may have a preferred boiler brand name that they recommend and push. After researching both local and large plumbing companies, we decided to try Keith from Woodhaven Plumbing and Heating. Keith was courteous and professional and responded to our concerns and queries. His estimate was also competitive and reasonable. On the morning of the job, he and his crew, Dennis and Ray, showed up on time, did the replacement boiler quickly and seamlessly. Keith is a great Master plumber !! He was at my house early, and was personable. He diagnosed the problems with the furnace and was done in an hour. One of the problems was difficult but he was successful. He worked in an efficient manner, as I was right there observing . Keith also cleaned up after himself. The bill was reasaonble for the work performed. I am very pleased with this transaction and will call on him again when needed. I would highly recommend Keith and this company. No BS, no overcharge. I appreciate his professionalism.
