Woodlake Estates

I lived here with my brother for about 11 months and this was the best apartment. The size was great, and so was the value. Charlotte was a nice manager, we lived right above her and she was kind and never complained about anything. We signed a 6 month lease but we stayed for 11 months. Would recommend to anyone interested living here!

Charlotte (the manager) had told me that she would work with me and my partner and get us into an upcoming two-bedroom that would soon be available. She had me check-in with her every two weeks, which I did for over a month. On the 3rd call, Charlotte suddenly changed her mind about us and had an attitude when stating “you all have to meet the income requirements. And if you’re really serious you need to meet me in person.” I already met her in person and the impolite attitude was not necessary. If you don’t want to work with us that is fine, just don’t waste other people’s time. I could have moved on instead of waiting for this unit. However, we found a better location & apartment, along with a friendlier manager at our new place. Please be professional and upfront about your intentions

Prices are great, but I would not move here simply because the Manager was really rude and unprofessional. I felt like she was discriminating as soon as she saw me in person. She made it very clear that this is a quiet area that she has no problem telling me off if I was being disruptive. Very unprofessional!!

The manager is very rude and seems racist. Told me and my sister she does screening on kids 16 years or older. Didn’t want to give us an application. She needs to be spoken to about her behavior!
