Woodruff Arts Center Parking Garage

Do not prepay!! I prepaid and when I drove up the attendant said it was full. I asked "for prepaid too?" He said "yes." Then after I parked at the Promenade structure I saw he was letting others in. I walked by and said "oh so it isn't full." Lost $25. Thanks. Park at the Promenade. Its cheaper and the attendants are super nice.

I wish the art center would replace the management of this parking deck. I have been a member of the High museum for about 5 years. The service at this parking garage is consistently poor. For example, when I presented my museum membership for free parking, the guy acted like he didn't want members there and that he would lose money from his pocket or something. The signage needs to improve as well. The pricing here is misleading. The people at the gate would charge you $25 for insurance, even if 30 minutes, although the sign says something different. The small print that says all day is not clear what that means. Most parking lots have an all-day rate which means if you stay for several hours.

It was easy to find after getting directions from valet but once you get inside and park, it's difficult to discern which floor we were on and locate our car. Nother than that there were no issues.

Their parking used to be affordable. Now they have changed it with little sheets of paper printed with ‘Nights & weekends $25’. Needless to say, not a very welcoming site after already purchasing season passes months in advance. I will not be buying season passes anymore. And Woodruff arts needs to fix their website so the people know to expect theft by parking fees.

Enjoyed my time as I was able to see and take a picture with Santa while waiting for my show to start. Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
