This company is more of a service company. I wouldn’t trust them with big jobs. We planned on a new HVAC install and when we asked about the contract process this was Gary’s response: “I haven't written or had anyone sign a contract in 25 years 😂. If you want me to do it then Emake a plan you give me a start up check and pay the rest when I'm done.” Then he ceased contact with me shortly after. I honestly don’t know how he has operated for 25 years without contracts. It’s a mandatory legal requirement on jobs that cost over $3k USD from the state of Maine. His quote paperwork is a joke too. Basically just a number written on a company headed receipt without any information.
