My older furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I made a call to Woods and they sent Isaac out that day. He did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem. With my furnace being older and many of the parts being discontinued Woods went above and beyond to find the replacement part. They could have easily said we can't get the part and you need a new furnace but they didn't. It is hard to find companies like Woods nowadays, most companies always try to upsale you. Joel from Woods came back the following Wednesday and replaced the part and got my furnace going again. Joel was great as well and worked quickly. If you are confused on who to trust or where to go for HVAC services I would highly recommend Woods. They will certainly be my choice for future needs. If I could leave a higher rating than

Good quality work and equipment! Prices are very reasonable! Wood’s is the ONLY company that I interviewed when my AC unit went completely out, that brought me a temporary unit in order to cool my house in the blazing heat! I didn’t even ask for the temp unit, they brought it and said if I chose to go with another company they would just charge for the 2 hrs of labor installing it. GREAT COMPANY! Would highly recommend 😀 Isaac and Kevin were fun to work woth, they laughed at all my silly jokes lol

They came last year and worked on my AC and got me through the rest of the summer until June of this year. Called for service and they came out right away. Turned out I needed a new system. Worked with me on pricing and had a new unit installed within days. Everyone was very helpful and I was totally pleased with the work that was done. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Very professional and friendly. Easily answered all detailed questions. Company trucks are well kept. Office , service trucks and shop neat and organized. Very fair pricing, and quick response time. Great customer communication and great technicians. Very efficient workers, no wasted motion. Can't imagine asking for any better experience. Don't look elsewhere, you will not be disappointed with Ben and his whole staff.

These guys are awesome. Super knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Isaac and Joel were very conscientious and did a great install of a heat pump. Ed even stopped by to make sure everything was functioning properly.
