Jimi arrived on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He went right to work as not to waste time. Completing the minor repair exceptionally, even offered to leave materials that wasn't used in case of an emergency. We were completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Top notch and we would definitely recommend to all.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our service. He was easy to talk to you, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Upon leaving, he had us inspect his work to be sure that we were satisfied with the quality. Joel came out today to fix a molding issue in my new kitchen. The repair was done perfectly. He went above and beyond answering questions I had about my new kitchen. I had something stuck in one of the drawers and he showed me how to easily remove them and gave me instructions on maintenance of the finish. Joel is a wonderful representative for your company!

Our builder (Riverside Homes) used this company for our kitchen cabinets. We had a very frustrating experience with the kitchen hood provided by this cabinet company. The first hood was installed and touched up with a shiny paint that didn’t match the rest of the cabinetry finishes. It also had visible wood cracks and imperfections. After raising our concerns with our builder company, a replacement hood was brought in, but it arrived with wood dings. The next replacement was painted the wrong color entirely—“Colada” instead of the “white” color we had ordered. This back-and-forth process happened six times (January-April, 2025), and each time, there was a different issue—damage, wrong color, or poor finish. Jimi was amazing and extremely helpful! He was very informative throughout the entire process and took the time to explain how to properly care for the cabinets. He provided excellent service when making adjustments to our new cabinets and even taught me how to make adjustments on my own. Jimi answered all of our questions about cleaning and was courteous and careful in our home, which was very much appreciated!
