Joe Lantz is a terrible architect. He should be fired. He designed my buildings on Canal St. Landis construction deemed his drawings worthless. I was advised to sue him for errors and omissions to the tune of 300,000.00 If you want your project DOA. Hire this clown
Foreman was rude, workers sloppy.... all in all a very poor job for a lot of money.
