Wool Kitchen & Bath of Fort Lauderdale

I purchased a Kohler faucet for my bar from Wool. I was my mistake that I didn't realize that it only had cold water, and no connection for hot water. I went to return it, unused, and I was charged 25% restocking fee, and $65 for shipping it back to Kohler. While I get that sometimes a "restocking fee" is used to discourage rampant returns, 25% is egregious, and the gull to charge $65 for shipping pushed me over. Also, the person at the reception at the Wool store was not the most pleasant. I will not purchase any other items from Wool, when there's so many other outfits that provide the same products.

Great Selection with good customer service. They have a large selection of different brands and a large amount on display. They were able to accommodate my unusual shipping request and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Thank you.

Garbage attitude from all 5 people I spoke with bouncing me around stores to locate a simple valve all to be told they have it and can’t sell it to me. First 3 guys didn’t know what I meant when I asked for the parts department.

We looked everywhere for the perfect sink that would fit our space since it was smaller than most standard cabinets were. I am so happy we came to Wool! They had the perfect size sink we were looking for, it was beautiful quality, and delivered with ease. We ended up picking a navy colored Duravit brand vanity, which we absolutely love. From the time we stepped into the showroom, we were treated nicely and with kindness and care. I would (and do) recommend Wool kitchen to my friends when they ask where to get beautiful high quality kitchen/bathrooms.

The selections and service at Wool help me considerably with my interior design work. I work with Beverly who knows the products well and always responds to me quickly; she is very professional.
