Their showroom at 5910 Shirley Street is impressive—beautifully displayed with high-end faucets, fixtures, sinks, toilets, showers, and more. What really sets them apart is that they actually have products in stock and ready to take home right away—no endless waiting for special orders like I've experienced elsewhere.They also carry a solid selection of repair parts and plumbing supplies for quick fixes, which is super convenient. Phenomenal service and delivery time. There are days I place an order at 8am and the Wool driver pulls up at 8:30am with my whole order. Will always be my first choice!! Stephanie is also a Wonderful sales person who is on it whenever I need quotes, and would be on top of it if I ever had any issues (I never have).

We were visiting family in Naples and stopped by to look at kitchen faucets, we are updating our kitchen back north. The folks at Wool could not have been nicer to us, even though we were not purchasing from them. Super helpful answering questions and providing information on makes and styles we liked. I had Rock Solid grind and polish our granite countertops. They were prompt,and efficient. And they made them shine like new. I highly recommend them.
