Woolace Electric Corporation

O Stars. I recently purchased a property that had electric service disconnected. I needed to have electric service restored to the property. Toledo Edison informed me I needed to have an inspection done before electricity could be restored to the property. Eric from Woolace Electric let me know they don't inspect other people's work. Seems like a simple job to me, if they knew what they were doing. Apparently there's not enough money in that. He was rude the entire time. No job to small dosen't work for Woolace I guess. I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The first time I called no one ever picked up the phone during business hours. Then when I reached them, they never bothered to return my call after several messages. I even made it clear that if they weren’t interested in coming to look at my project to just tell me so I could move on. I would never trust someone with any project with such a lack of communication. From the other reviews, it would appear I dodged a major bullet.

Unfortunately the owner of this company is all about lying to their customers in regard to the extent of work needed. He is not an honest man and would probably con his own grandmother. He's a sleazy business man. Not sure how anyone could work for him either. He uses intimidation factors on everyone. Thank goodness I haven't fallen for them yet!

Disappointed to hear my project was too complicated and would take too long to figure out and they don't have time for that. I've known Butch for years and just disappointing how quickly I was dismissed. Eric couldn't hang up fast enough.

I have been working with Woolace electric for years and have always been very happy with their knowledge, professionalism and quick response to my needs. I recommend Woolace electric to anyone and everyone.
