We have trusted Art to service my family’s heating and cooling system for over 30 years, and we could not recommend him more highly. He is always responsive, professional, and incredibly patient. His recent service visit included Ryan, who was equally courteous and thorough. Art explains everything clearly, makes sure the system is running properly, and always calls before arriving. He consistently asks if we have any questions and takes the time to ensure we feel comfortable and informed. We have complete confidence in his work and truly appreciate the care he shows our family.

Our furnace stopped working. Service call early the next morning and was able to order a new furnace within a day. New furnace installed by Chris and James the next day. They worked a long day and did an awesome job. Heat by the evening. We are warm and thrilled. The service we were given was phenomenal!

Our furnace shutdown at 6 PM on Thursday evening. I called Woolley and left a message with the call taker. At 7:10 AM, on Friday morning, Woolley called me. Around 8:30 AM, Woolley called to advise that Art would arrive momentarily. Art arrived minutes later. Within moments, Art diagnosed the problems and explained an action plan. Art did some investigation and found that the necessary parts may be under warranty and that Woolley would likely have the parts TODAY and that there would likely be NO CHARGE for the parts. Art then further explained that he would be back later today to install the parts. Before Art left to do other jobs, he fully explained the costs for today’s repair and the benefits of joining Woolley’s membership plan. It is my opinion that Art is completely compete

I just wanted to say how impressed we are with the work your team did today. We were at work all day while the conversion from the oil tank to the gas heater was being done, and everything in the basement looks absolutely beautiful. Eddie, who came to do the pressure test, was especially great—very kind, walked me through what to check for, how to fill the system with water, and answered my questions patiently. He was courteous and helpful, and we’re really grateful for everything he and the whole team did. Thank you again for the excellent work!
