I called them at 7am with no heat or hot water when the temp was 8 degrees out with a 30 year old boiler, the guys were at my house by 730 that morning. I decide I wanted to replace the boiler, they had the new one there next day at 7am by noon the new one was installed and making heat and hot water. Again thanks guys.
