Worcester Plaza Garage

**WARNING** this garage closes at 7pm on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays. The signage is confusing and/or nonexistent depending on what exit you use. In some places, there are contradictory signs. See photos. We parked and went to an event at the Hanover because the Federal Plaza garage was full. Returned to find out car locked in and were unable to get it until Monday morning.

Easy access parking garage. Prices onsite are lower than what's offered through SpotHero. It's right in front of Noamesco. Walking to my appointment at Carroll Plaza was quick and easy and I definitely recommend this place to anyone attending the Hanover Theater or other nearby places in downtown Worcester area.

Took over an hour to exit the garage! Got to our car a little before 1:30, finally got out at 2:35.

We parked on September 6th on Friday to work for an event and had no issues leaving after 11pm after garage closed at 11pm. Following next day, our car got locked on September 7th on Saturday at 1:57pm to work at an event. We had to wait until Monday when they open after leaving my vehicle for two days. My coworker left her stuff in my car so now I have to ship her belongings to Miami. I don’t recommend parking there and demand for a refund.

Unfortunately, we got our car locked in last night while attending a concert. The signs are misleading, as it states the garage closes at 7pm, then had a sign to pay by credit card. We came out of the concert with our car locked up. Then we saw the signs on the sides stating it locked at 7pm. We didn't even pull into the garage until 7:44pm. Nothing was locked up at all 44 minutes after it should have been closed. Beware! The garage is setting a mousetrap. They got several of us. For shame!
