Gerald did an amazing job cleaning my couch and chair. I have dogs in my home and the couches were dingy and smelly. Gerald was able to take the bad smell out and get out some really tough stains out of them. The couches previously looked brown and now they look gray, as they are suppose to. Gerald was also very prompt and communicative. He gave me a detailed proposal and walked me through the entire process. Would definitely recommend and use him again for any of my upholstery needs.
