Works Plumbing Repair & Drain Cleaning

This is one of the most disturbing service experiences our family has ever had. A plumber spent approximately 45 minutes in my grandparents’ in-law apartment for a routine issue. Before any payment was processed, he told my mother directly on the phone that the total cost would be $475, and she authorized that amount on her credit card. Weeks later, my grandmother received a bill for $2,872.22. When we contacted the company, both the plumber and the manager claimed the charge was “valid” because my grandfather had signed their tablet. What they failed to mention - and what makes this especially alarming - is that my grandfather is legally blind.
