Victor was our service repair man from World Appliance on Soledad Cyn in Saugus on 2/11/26. He was very kind, patient & answered all of our questions. He replaced our drain pump with a new one. Great experience as always with World Appliance. I have used this company in the past for repairs on my wash machine and refrigerator. Had them come out today to fix my Maytag wash machine and Kithchenaid refrigerator. Victor was on time and clearly explained the issues with the appliances. If you get Victor to service your appliances, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend World Appliance.

Called to have my water heater looked at .It was not heating the water only getting Luke warm. Frank the technician from world appliances came well with in the time window and actually early .I showed him where the water heater was and left him do his thing, after about 10 -20 minutes he had it diagnosed call me to show what the issue was and what the fix would coast and how to prevent it in the future. The coast was very reasonably I gave the OK. Frank was very efficient and timely 👏. Overall the price was reasonable and the technician did a great job along with being informative and helpful 👏

Technician was Frank and he came out to look at my washer. Very personable and informative. Went through all the functions of the washer and explained to me what was happening during each step of the process. I've always had great service from World Appliance.
