World Class Heating And Cooling

I've included pictures of before and after, and I think it'll be obvious which were which. First, the backstory. Our units that we had replaced were 17 year old, 10 SEER Bryant heat pump units - a two ton and a three ton. One (or maybe both of them) have had a slow refrigerant leak for over a decade. That refrigerant is the old R22 that has been slowly phased out and is getting extremely expensive - in upwards of $100 per pound. We would have to have roughly 2 to 3 pounds of refrigerant added each year and the price is just going up. We had asked several people and were told that it wasn't worth repairing as the leak was in the coil, meaning it was going to be a couple thousand dollars. Excellent job on day one and two. Don't pay them until the job is complete though. I ended up on unstalling my own registers and getting this bootleg thermostat. To make matters worse, the "owner" up-sold me on some fancy thermostat and left me with this junk.

We bought a new house and ended up needing to install 2 new furnaces and 1 new A/C unit. We got multiple quotes and decided to go with World Class. The price, the warranty and overall the level of service they provide is hard to beat. His team (Rusty and Josh) were great, they were polite, cleaned up after the installs and made sure we knew everything about the systems before they left. Justin is always responsive when you call and that's just not the norm any more. We have already recommended them and will continue to do so.

Called Justin with World Class Heating and Air. His team was out within the hour. They rewired the AC, added the correct capacitor, and offered to replace the fan motor but I had one already on order delivering same day. Justin and his crewman, Josh, gave me specific directions and even offered to help if I were in need with verbal communication while installing the new fan motor. Great service, very professional and said what they told me they were going to do! Top notch service. We will call Justin and his team when the times comes.....again...hopefully down the road.

When one of our self storage climate control AC units failed we checked the web and found World Class Heating and Cooling and their solid five star ratings. Being in the service business ourselves that really got our attention so we made the call. Justin said he could be there quickly and sure enough, not only did he arrived promptly, but had the issue quickly diagnosed and repaired in minutes with a somewhat rare part they fortunately had on the truck. The cost? Very reasonable! And no extra charge for eliminating the hidden wasp nest within the unit) Talk about saving the day in no time flat! Justin provided timely, friendly, honest, professional customer service at a very fair price. What a relief this was. I highly recommend Justin and his Company and we ourselves look forward to do
