Outstanding work on fabricating the marble for our recent master bathroom renovation. Dylan the owner took a personal interest in our project and the complete installation was flawless. All his employees are top notch. We totally recommend this company.

We recently did a full house remodel and worked with at least 10 different contractors and subcontractors. World granite was the most professional, timely and organized company we worked with. We were very impressed with the quality of work. We priced out 5 different granite manufacturers and for almost the same price, Jill and Dylan blew us away with how wonderful they treated us as clients. So refreshing to know there are companies out there that exemplify customer service. Thank you again! Would highly recommend!!!

Update 6/24/2020- Changing review back to 5 star. The owner Dylan actually called me Monday morning and went over in detail how the process works and explained why it took some time to get with me. Sounds like I was given incorrect information from an employee who is no longer with the company. Thankfully Dylan cleared it all up and my counters were in fact sealed just fine. Dylan came out today to refinish the counters at no cost to me and took care of explaining to me in detail more about my new marble counters. We’re all human - and I just appreciate him getting the issue fixed and for that I am back to a satisfied customer. My only issue was communication with this company, the workmanship was never a problem. The countertops are absolutely beautiful. UPDATE 6/21/2020 - Changed review

I am in a rush to do a bathroom remodel. I called and spoke with Jill who was very pleasant and helpful. When I went to look at the some options for my countertops, I had the same great experience with Jill in person. She was helpful and patient and answered all of my questions. I wish customer service was this good at all companies!

I own Charleston Cabinetry and Countertops and we have sent many projects to World Granite. We find their workmanship and professionalism to be very impressive. They do excellent fabrication work and their prices are competitive. We will continue to recommend them to our customers.
