I am a local family owned business and would never run my business how World of Design does. We hired them for our counter tops and instead of making them better they actually created more problems for us. They damaged our counter top by screwing right through the top of our counters ,which we now need to cover so that our employees don't get scratched from the tip of the screw. The middle of our counter has no support so we are unable to use half of our front desk to serve our customers. We have spent over 9 months just trying to get them to come back to fix a job they incorrectly did from the beginning and still to this day they have made no effort to come back and fix it. Robert and his staff were tremendous during the entire process from our first visit to his shop to the finish. He installed new kitchen cabinets as well as 3 new bathroom vanities and granite countertops for all of them. He was instrumental in our cabinet choices and then recommended the perfect countertop to complement the beautiful cabinets. We are very pleased with the end product!
