Nick and his staff are amazing! After bad experience and poor service from other companies I called World of Water Heaters. Nick helped me pick out an affordable unit and had it delivered and professionally installed same day for much less than the quote I received the day before! Nick and his team are DYNAMITE! They go out to inspect issues at our properties right away, provide reasonable solutions, and do the work at a fraction of the cost of other companies! As a property manager, it is crucial to build trusting relationships with vendors. Nick and his guys are one of our preferred vendors for any furnace, floor heaters, water heaters, you name it!

Nick and his team fixed my "old" floor heater . I say old because our place was built in the 20's. In addition to fixing the heater which required a part to be rebuilt, he fixed the wiring of our thermostat too. Very Happy Customer.

I found after searching the web "The World of Water Heater". They are a husband and wife team that own and operate the store in Compton. My experience was great. I found them to be very knowledgeable and just plain enjoyable to talk to. I got a complete explanation of the do's and don'ts and what to consider. I got what I thought was a very reasonable price and the delivery cost were reasonable. When the water heater was delivered he brought it up the drive way, through two gates and into the back yard and then placed it in side the water heater enclosure. It was quite an effort with no complaint from him. The water heater works great and we are very happy to have hot water again. As and aside I love history and current events. Do NOT let these people do any work for you. The lady that makes the appointments was totally inept which resulted in two days of back and forth calls as well as one whole day where our manager sat waiting for them to show (they didn't come until the next day). They charge a non-refundable $175 fee just to show up and do some light cleaning on the unit. Once they determine the problem (depending on the severity) they charge more. The lady on the phone said the charges would be approximately $350 to remove, clean, and reinstall the unit. If it was really bad, they might have to charge another $350 to fabricate a new burner and parts to fix it. When the technician finally showed up, he was so rude to the tenant and our manager, that the tenant called immediately and said she'd rather go
