We had a great experience with World Stone. Our contractor is a perfectionist and he uses them so I knew I could trust them. Randi gave us whatever time and knowledge we needed to choose our quartz and Pasha was excellent in making the template and giving us all the info we needed. The installers did a masterful job. We would definitely use them again.

We ordered countertops at the Charlotte Ikea and World Stone installed them. The whole process took 2.5 weeks and we saved thousands $ vs. going with another local fabricator directly. The installers went above and beyond to ensure it was done right. We highly recommend World Stone!

Wasn’t a very pleasing experience, we got a quote and even went to a warehouse they recommended to check out and found a stone we absolutely loved. They sent me the quote and the price just didn’t seem correct. Went and got 3 more quotes from very reputable company’s and all 3 of their quotes were half the cost of this company. When I asked for an itemized list explaining to me what every charge was for so I can understand why the cost I’m being quoted I was told they “don’t” separate the costs for things. So, don’t know if they just didn’t want to deal with us or what but everything just seemed like a big red flag to me and I went with another company. Randi is a gem. I selected my countertops from AGM imports and had World Stone do the fabrication. Great communication, on time install, and flawless work. Can't wait to cook in my new kitchen!

Great attitude on the part of the sales staff and a quality product but... It took two trips to get to work right.. They Showed up at my building without the sink I had ordered. 50/50 chance on this one: they prepared the granite with the leather side up. I'd ordered polished. They had to redo and return. On the other hand, they corrected the problem quickly and installed. Recommend that you confirm with them twice specifics of the job to be done. Otherwise, High marks.
