This is my 3rd time using WorldWide and the experience is always the same, excellent! I worked with Linda to help me match my existing (but discontinued) 1st floor flooring for a 2nd floor project. She was extremely informed and helpful, with much patience as I ferried samples back and forth to my home to confirm color matching. My husband and I wanted to redo our kitchen and update our first floor with new wood flooring, so we decided to visit Worldwide Flooring in the Shoppes at Old Bridge. From the moment we walked in, Linda made us feel welcome. She listened to our needs and allowed us the space to browse the showroom without being too intrusive. She gave us great advice and answered any questions we had. It took a few visits, but we finally made a choice for our new flooring and Linda helped us through every step of the process. Chester was fantastic to work with! From the moment we walked into the Worldwide store, Chester was welcoming, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get us the best price for our floors. He also called us when he said he would- great customer service.
