She was SO helpful to get the right parts for me ordered and was able to get my parts shipped in quickly. She even went above and beyond to find a similar part for me so I wouldn’t have to wait as long. I’m so grateful for her and I highly recommend shopping here for your parts because of the excellent customer service! I know I’ll be back with any needs.

We stopped in for a simple question about a medicine cabinet and the staff person was less than helpful and told us she would Google for us. Ha! Would expect a little more knowledge at a specialty shop. Don't waste your time and go to the specialty store that begins with a K in Cincy. Much more knowledgeable and helpful.

Was looking for a DIP tube for my Water heater. The Staff was super professional and directed my call to Mike in the warehouse. Mike went out of his way to verify the length of the tube and called me back with all the details. This is awesome service - I was so pleasantly surprised by it. Will definitely shop again.
