Worthmann went above and beyond by working with her and essentially doing the job at cost, simply because they cared about making sure she was safe and protected. The process was smooth and stress-free. Once the paperwork and insurance steps were out of the way, the crew finished her roof in just two days—and it looks absolutely beautiful. They were professional, kind, and respectful of her home the entire time. It’s rare to find a company with this level of integrity and compassion.

We needed damage repaired after Hurricane Helene. This company looked like they had a good rating, so we went with them. Donovan, their sales rep, showed up and he, my wife, and I went over what the problem was. We agreed to have the back side of the house roofing replaced along with part of the front up to the beginning of the third window. The cost was to be $6200. We explained we had limited funds for this as we had gotten help from FEMA. We wanted to get the tarps off of the roof and the leaks fixed. Hunter Gillard was very transparent as the field worker, he notified me immediately once the original shingles were removed with all findings, including pictures. The additional cost was fair and the roof was completed in one day. I definitely was very pleased with my roof, not to mention the quality service Worthmann Roofing provided.
