We had shopped around for different countertop options for our bathroom and found places that only wanted to deal with retailers and not individuals. But Winter Park granite met with us and took us back and showed us the choices we had and talked about the different edges and sink materials and really made us feel like they were interested in our business. The final result is a beautiful countertop in our bathroom and ready in a week

Avoid these crooks. Went to put in a countertop for my vanity. Didn’t fit correctly. Blamed the cabinets and walls. Wouldn’t return the deposit. Had to get a lawyer involved. Ernie the owner was hostile and unprofessional. See pictures for the terrible job. Went with a different company which had none of the problems they had.

My tiny kitchen sink had been the bane of my existence. Numerous contractors/handyman were unwilling or unable to install a larger sink due to the granite counter. I understood the reluctance and decided to contact Winter Park Granite. At least they knew granite! My knight on a white charger arrived; a man who recognized the problems and had the solutions. The next day he showed up with a larger sink to be sure the upgrade could be done. The sink is installed with no cabinet loss and the existing granite was perfectly cut and to fit. I should have written this about a year ago but had hoped they would make things right. We used WPG in the past and were very happy. This time around they installed our bathroom countertop and sinks with one sink that had been chipped in two places and repaired before installing. Unfortunately we didn't find out until our job was completed and plumbing had been installed. At that point they offered to replace the sink, and said that we'd need to pay a plumber to disconnect and then reconnect both sinks. This issue was caused by their installers. They weren't willing to stand behind their work. I own a small business. If one of my techs makes a similar mistake, I eat the cost. Our experience with WPG Countertops has been incredible. The products and the customer service from start to finish were great. They did a fantastic job installing the countertop for our master bathroom. I would highly recommend using this company! Thank you for everything.
