Holidays are busy enough !!! The day before Thanksgiving just before leaving the house we discovered we had no water. Had to go to work. Came home to try & figure the problem. No luck made it thru Thanksgiving & would call Wragg Brothers on Friday. Discovered they were on holiday break and we would get thru the weekend and left a message to call us on Monday. Thomas called back within 2 hrs. Said he could come back Saturday but suggested a couple of things to self diagnose. With the suggestions we were able to fix the problem ourselves. He left his phone open for us to call while doing the repair. Message after repair to thank him and offer payment. Thomas replied Payment was for us to have a nice holiday.. Customer service was above and beyond and its nice to know there's good honest
I called Wragg Brothers after my water pump failed. Laurie answered immediately, looked up my well details and contacted the service manager who confirmed he would be able to send someone out that day. Within 40 minutes, Tom arrived at my house, established that I needed a new water pump, and installed a new one within an hour. Incredible service from very professional and nice people. I highly recommend them.
