We had an excellent experience with Wren. Our rep Marty was excellent! From design, to showroom gallery Features, options and best appliance options, we redesigned that 80s kitchen into one that is more modern and and so functional. It was exactly what we wanted. They also offered a financing plan that finally put our wish of a renovation into reality. The install was ontime, appointment setting easy and well communicated. Working direct with the rep at the store made the difference, calling in never got us the answers, but showroom staff certainly did!

Wren kitchen rocks!! Can’t express my gratitude for all the help that Ashle Drisker gave in building my dream kitchen. I was absolutely skeptical about wren but they were patience and provided excellent customer service and care. They worked with me to make my vision come true and know I have the best kitchen. BUYER BE AWARE! If you are not afraid of wasting your money go ahead and work with Wren. Otherwise, look somewhere else because they do not take responsibility for their employees or contractors. Here is how my kitchen is looking so far. I have been lied to, gaslighted, and ignored by Wren. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Look at these photos and tell me this is worth almost 7K because that is how much we owe so far for this part of the project. Missing parts, no proper measurements, and miscommunication are just some of the issues I have encountered with this company. Run away from this company! We have encountered countless issues since purchasing our kitchen from Wren Kitchens. Their customer service team is completely useless once your kitchen is delivered. To make matters worse, this company is the least environmentally friendly I’ve ever dealt with—the amount of waste from our kitchen install was astounding. We had almost 40 square feet of countertop left over because they shipped the countertops in massive, uncut slabs that required three men just to carry into our house. When it was time to cut the countertops, the laminate tape they sent was the wrong size—it was 1.75 inches instead of 1.5 inches. After four attempts at sending a replacement, all of which were the wrong size, I had to ask my contractor to manually cut it, which is something tha
