Wren Kitchens

We had a great experience from start to finish! We were so amazed at the size and set up of the showroom. The virtual reality walk through of our design was such a great experience and something we hadn’t seen at any other kitchen design center. We were welcomed and attended to even though we didn’t have an appointment. Matt, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, open to our ideas, and extremely patient while we went back and forth with design ideas, price levels, and the time it took to get our space ready. Every employee we dealt with, from the gentleman who did our measurement, to the delivery team, to the customer service representatives who assisted us with our self installation questions were so pleasant and helpful. We love our new Wren kitchen! The color is perfect, and the smooth mat finish looks amazing. The cabinets were delivered promptly, and the installers were great. The cabinet doors had some glue residue and Wren replaced all of them with no charge or hassle. Our designer Irene walked us through designing our new kitchen with expertise. She was patient as we worked though several versions before finalizing the plans. She put us at ease throughout the entire project. She helped to make a stressful time fun and exciting.

If I could given wren a negative review I would.Wren delivered the wrong size for two of our cabinets, and we were missing a piece. So the installers had to come back multiple times to finish the job. The first installer worked from Tuesday-Saturday 8:30-5 (Saturday 9-1). He did everything he could do without the missing pieces. But I was a bit annoyed that there was only one installer sent to assemble our entire kitchen for 5 days. There should be have been more than one person sent. Additionally, wren did not make it clear to us that we would need to be home for multiple days of installation. We were given one day for the install and were not told how long it would take. When I asked the call center how long it would take to install, they said “ask your installer when they get there” tha

I ordered my kitchen in August and my cabinets arrived in September on the exact promised date when I ordered. Alex at the Selden location, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to making sure everything was on schedule. The cabinets themselves I absolutely love and they are extremely easy to clean. I Would definitely recommend Wren kitchen to all my family and friends.

Stay Away from Wren! Their kitchens are not even solid wood. Nowhere in their advertising or in their contract do they specify this. I only found out during the day of installation that they are similar in quality to IKEA furniture. If you want to spend 3 months without a finished working kitchen because of correcting mistake on top of mistake being made by all parties involved in the process, then sure go ahead. They will falsely advertise quality, condition, and appearance. They will misrepresent or make mistakes in your contract and if anything is wrong during the in person installation they will tell you they can’t do anything because you signed the contract.
