Wren Kitchens

If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. HORRIBLE customer service. My parents are redoing their kitchen with Wren and speak minimal English. When they call Wren's main installation number, they have the option to press 2 for a Spanish-speaking representative (like most hotlines). But every time, without fail, they are connected to someone in English who tells them they do not have ANY Spanish speaking representatives. Why offer the option if it doesn’t exist? It feels misleading and incredibly dismissive of customers who rely on that support. My parents have been left confused, frustrated, and without the help they were promised. Ongoing delays for TWO MONTHS now because the communication is non-existent. This company clearly doesn’t value accessibility or proper customer care. Av

I cannot express enough how wonderful the entire crew is at Wren Kitchens! Kenny was my assigned designer and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He came up with a few different designs until we found everything I was looking for plus more. He was extremely knowledgable and patient with all my ideas. The affordable prices were just the cherry on top. The showroom is beautiful and everyone in there was always welcoming. I would highly recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone and everyone.

I would not use them again. They have a beautiful product, but getting my kitchen done (and through their contractors) was a bit of a nightmare. From delivering the wrong color parts and having to wait more time, from leaving gaps in the installation of the cabinets, to having to rip out and remeasure and reinstall the backsplash because they measured wrong...and every step of the way the people who work for Wren are barely responsive, save a few good people they have manning the phones and the managers in the store. Rene Guevara, who was supposed to be on top of my project and coordinate, barely responded to emails (and there are quite a few he didn't respond to) and barely returned phone calls. I had a great experience with King, he helped through the process, made me feel confident, comfortable and welcomed. He made sure I understood everything and designed a beautiful kitchen for me. I’ll definitely recommend him. He did a great job. If you go just ask for king.

I recently had two kitchens purchased and installed, and I am beyond satisfied with the overall experience. I would like to express my deepest appreciation and recognition to Melody Medina, my kitchen coordinator, for her excellent attention to detail, communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a special thank you to Brian from Medina Construction Company, who handled the demolition with precision and care.
