Wren Kitchens Long Island City is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. My first “designer” constantly failed to respond, and when a senior designer took over, she was just as bad. Both of them ghosted me for weeks at a time, leaving me chasing after basic answers that never came. They even sent a rookie kid with absolutely no design background to handle key parts of the project. The mistakes were obvious: wrong measurements, careless layouts, and errors in basic common-sense thinking.
