Wren Kitchens

Thank you Wren Warwick for guiding me through the whole prcoess. As it was my first time doing a kitchen remodel I wasn't sure where to start. My designer took away all my stresses and helped me step by step. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail!

Totally dysfunction in the company scheduling. I made an appointment for in home estimate. Wren confirmed appointment and no showed the time of the appointment. I received no call, text or email canceling. Then wren scheduled another appointment for three days later without my approval. No communication with customers.

This was the most horrible customer experience I have encountered. I am contacting the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Cosumer Protection Office, and have filed a complaint with my credit card company. My credit card was charged twice for a deposit. There is no stability within this branch and the turnover is outrageous. As such, after weeks of getting a total run around with incorrect selections, unapplied appliance rebates, and not being able to even price out the dimensions for my peninsula, I cancelled my order and was assured a refund by the manager (who also is no longer there). A second manager was assigned to this suffering location, acknowledged the service delivery failures, and shared she had escalated the refund and we would receive it w

Absolutely Horrible Experience!! Total kitchen, Double charged our deposit. Song And Dance to get the extra refunded, then called it a "gesture of goodwill". No follow up, waited 10 days for an updated cost and questions answered. When we finally called Them back they called my wife a liar. Finally decided no way will this go well and canceled. Have been trying to get our deposit back since 8/17/25. Cant believe Home Depot allows these jokers to work out of their building.

Fantastic kitchen displays , the virtual reality tool really helped bring the kitchen to life and let me see what my space would look and feel like before I had to remodel. Extremely knowledgeable staff!
