Wright at Home recently replaced our roof and some window flashings as a result of hail damage. They replaced our roof about 10 years ago and we were very pleased so didn’t hesitate to call upon them again. The team is very thorough, polite, follow-up is great and they explain any options they can offer (e.g., types of shingles) and any issues uncovered when they remove the old shingles. (It’s not uncommon to discover plywood boards that need to be replaced on older roofs.) They documented everything and submitted detailed photos and descriptions to our insurance company when the work was completed. I am thrilled with the service I received from Addison at Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors, I needed several roof vents re-capped. While I imagined this could be a smaller job that many experienced and busy roofers wouldn't want to do, Addison not only came to my home to quote the project but also left me with an arsenal of information/resources that will likely save me both time and money in the future. He even (easily!) hoisted himself into my attic to assuage my panic over a potential mold issue! His timing was unbeatable, two days later I had capped vents! We used Wright at Home for a new roof in 2017. Twice since then we’ve asked them to check for hail damage. Both times they said there was no damage and showed us the photos. We are happy to work with a company that does a great job and doesn’t try to sell us something we don’t need.

I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am for Wright at Home. I thought I had to replace a window, but after they came out, I was told all I needed to do was to order a replacement part. Addison was absolutely fantastic to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to assist you with any insurance-related communication that may be necessary. I really didn't have to ask him to do much. He just took all my concerns as if they were his own. I've been in my home for 37 years and Addison is definitely on my Mount Rushmore of contractors I have worked with!
