Update: I appreciate the response. There was no expectation of getting the service at no cost, though I will leave that up to you. The only thing I will say in closing is that my mother is almost 88 years old. If it were up to me she would let me handle things like this rather than having people coming to her home without someone else in the family present. I offered to find a plumber and manage this situation for her months ago, but she is very stubborn and does as she pleases. In closing I would just ask that you consider how confusing three options could be to someone that age when all they need is a washer. Wright Choice Plumbing came out to one of our rentals, assessed the situation, made a quote on site, and then came back the following morning to replace the stack and put in a new main. They were fast, professional, and did an excellent job. We will be using them again in the future.
