Loren Wright was recommended to us by an inspector we were using for an older commercial property. He was very quick to respond and made it out to the property promptly. He was thourgh and did an excellent job for us, he even gave us some info and advice on some things to do for preventative maintenance so we'd be less likely to need his services in the future. We didn't end up going with that property so we will be using him again very soon. I'd highly recommend him.
