The staff and installation crew are the most professional I've seen in many years. Our heat pump system failed and they were on the spot. They had the entire system removed and replaced in just over 3 hrs! Impressive company! Give em a call!

Called early morning, got us scheduled and they arrived within 40 minutes after making the appointment. Great service and price was very reasonable. AC was up and running within an hour or 2. Also, very thorough and professional.

Mr. Michael Wright, the owner of this awesome company was my consultant who came out and evaluated my old unit, which led me to purchase a new one with his expertise. This was one of the best investment I could have ever made. I appreciate his awesome customer service and integrity. Kelly is the most friendliest administrators that I’ve witnessed, she’s the reason I have the service plan. She keeps me updated on when my service is due, and always willing to adapt to my schedule in order to get this done.To speak with someone that is consistent in personality, which is so uplifting and provide that great customer service

I called Wrights Heating and Air this morning because our A/C wasn’t cooling. I spoke with Mrs Kelly, she was great to speak with and put us on the schedule for this afternoon. She was very professional and easy to talk with. Tech AJ arrived and diagnosed our problem and quickly repaired the unit. AJ was very polite and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that appreciates your business!

This review is very late. Nevertheless, I am posting a review regarding Micheal Wright and Rob’s thoroughness and professionalism when they presented to my home for a tune-up. I appreciated their proficiency and pace by which they worked to check everything. I will continue to use Wright’s Heating and Air Conditioning! I love supporting minority-owned small businesses!
