I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about Dan and WRV. Throughout the entire process, he was communicative, responsive, and thorough. This was my first time purchasing commercial real estate, and Dan came highly recommended, I can see why. He made an extremely confusing process simple for me, was so genuine and kind in his communication, and did an outstanding job with the inspection itself. He arrived on site early and sent over a really clean, simple, but thorough report afterwards. In this one interaction, Dan has gained a life-time client. I will be using him for all of my future inspection needs.
