WRX Pool Service

We’ve had continual problems with this company, not a one-time issue. NUMEROUS times After being told the pool had been cleaned, we found it still green with debris and requiring a return visit. They said chemicals had been added but added it on the return visit after our complaint. Following service, a hose was left attached to the pool system and the equipment was not restored properly. Immediately after, our spa heater, which had been working normally, began showing flow errors and entered a lockout. This was dismissed as a “heater fault” with no responsibility taken. There have also been ongoing chemistry issues, including chlorine levels strong enough to cause skin itching. Highly recommend WRX Pools, having used another service company for 9 years our pool was not looking its best as the service was not what is was. Within one month of WRX taking over the pool and spa is back to looking amazing. A couple of repairs were needed and these were done quickly with great feedback and photos of the work being completed. Cannot rate highly enough.
