He kept me informed of relevant factors (outdoor temperature, etc.), was totally transparent with his quote, opted for sturdier materials rather than less, and stuck to his price despite higher lumber costs. His teams showed up on time, did their work with alacrity and cleaned up the site before leaving. Even small matters were attended to promptly. Jon clearly cares about the quality of the work that his company’s name goes on. Reliable, honest, forthright, competitive on pricing and highly competent. Couldn’t wish for more.
